Sessions @ Michigan is a web based registration and attendance tracking system developed for the First Year Experience initiative and has since been expanded to all of Student Life.
The goals were to make it easier for users to register for events and for those managing the events to collect data and results. Sessions is built to accommodate a single event, a complex conference-based set up and/or everything in-between.
Sessions makes organizing events easy. It offers waitlisting and facilitates communication with attendees. Organizers can add custom questions to their registrations with the built in form builder. Reporting and statistics based on registrants and attendees are available to facilitate decision making and show data based results.
Sessions also makes participants lives easier, allowing users to view all their registrations in a central location . From here they can view or drop any they have registered for.
